Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Crypto Customer Service Agent at Zetatech Services Inc located in Calgary, AB. The Crypto Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients in the crypto industry. The day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires the ability to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, Customer Experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the crypto industry and cryptocurrencies is a plus
• Experience in a customer service role is beneficial
